Spotzen collects the information needed to create and deliver the parking-pass alerts you request. Your information is not sold. You can unsubscribe at any time and can contact [email protected] to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information.
When you create an alert, Spotzen collects your email address, selected destination, pass type, reservation date, subscription status, and verification and unsubscribe tokens. Spotzen also keeps operational records such as availability checks, notification delivery results, temporary subscription-access tokens, optional unsubscribe feedback, and server logs.
Google Analytics may collect information about visits to the website, such as device and browser information, approximate region, and interactions with pages.
Spotzen uses this information to create and verify alerts, monitor the requested pass and date, send availability and account-management emails, prevent duplicate notifications, provide subscription management, troubleshoot failures, secure the service, and understand general website usage.
Information may be processed by providers used to operate Spotzen, including its hosting, database, email-delivery, and analytics providers. The Spotzen operator receives copies of outgoing emails for delivery monitoring and troubleshooting. Availability requests sent to the reservation provider do not include your email address.
Spotzen may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or others.
Subscriptions stop being monitored after their reservation period ends or when you unsubscribe. Subscription records, delivery history, and operational logs may be retained for troubleshooting, security, and service administration. You can withdraw from alerts using the unsubscribe link in an email or the Manage Subscriptions page. You may also contact Spotzen to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
Spotzen uses reasonable safeguards intended to protect personal information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated when the service or its privacy practices change. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
